At Calicova Gourmet Spices, we take great care to deliver the highest quality vanilla and gourmet products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy explains your rights and how we handle returns and refunds.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods (“cooling-off period”).
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
Because our products are food items, the following rules apply:
Unopened & Unused Products
You may return unopened, sealed, and non-perishable products within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition for resale.
Opened or Perishable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed food products.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or provide a refund at no additional cost to you.

We will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide return instructions.
Pack the goods securely in a shipping box and return them to the address provided.
Please note: unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned goods.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 12 working days.
If the item was faulty or incorrect, we will also refund any standard delivery costs you paid.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
